Lunch is the moment in the middle of the day to refuel, recharge and reinvigorate. The idea of Cocot came about while all three of our founders were working in the financial industry. The stress created by large companies to spend every minute of the day at your desk added to the long wait times at restaurants and take away spots created a stressful, unhealthy and less productive work environment. This led us to creating Cocot, which allows you to save time and money by eating out and improve your work life balance.

Since the inception of Cocot, we have been working hard to develop our app to deliver a product that is as beneficial to the restaurants and to the customers. We are expecting to launch our IOS app and Android app in the coming months with the best restaurants in London. We have also started to partner with influencers, bloggers and restaurants to build a community and innovative concepts around Cocot and we can’t wait to share them with you!

The Team

Paul

After growing up in London, Paul studied at the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated from the Wharton School of Business where he studied Finance and International Studies. Most recently, he was an Investment banking analyst at Citigroup in their Fintech division.

Axel

Axel graduated with an MSci Information Management for Business from UCL while building and selling his first tech company Lastar at age 20. He then helped brands go viral on social media at Fanbytes where he headed up the Campaigns and Growth teams. He is passionate about disruptive technology and design.

Francois

François holds a Bachelor in Mathematics from EPFL and a Masters in Finance from Imperial College. He then joined the private equity firm Ardian as an investment analyst but what he really enjoyed was to discover new restaurants and flavours during his lunch breaks.
